Vendor Agreement Event Date: May 8th – 11th, 2008 Location: Douglas Motorsports Park 1560 Ronnie Walker Rd Nicholls, GA 31554 Vendor set up. Vendors may start setting up on Thursday May 8, 2008 from 8:00 AM until 10:00 PM if you are not set up by 10:00 PM you will have to wait until the following morning. All vendors must be set by 5:00 PM on Friday May 9 or your spot will be sold or filled. There will be NO-Exceptions to this rule. Power Supply. Power supply will be very limited and will be on a first come first serve basis. Water. All food and beverage vendors will need to provide containers for all grey water and grease. Water will be provided however you will need to bring your own heavy duty water hose. There is no guarantee of a water connection being next to your site it will however be within 75 feet. Exclusives. No exclusives will be granted we will however limit certain vendor types, so get your application in early. You may sell only the items listed on the application. If you do not purchase a food/beverage space you cannot sell any food or beverage products including water. Licenses. As a vendor you will be responsible for any vendor license required either from the city, county, and or state agency. You also will be responsible for any sales taxes as required by the state of Georgia. Refunds. No refunds will be made for any reason, any cancellation, removal for cause, or act of God. Food Vendors. A clean up deposit is required from all food and beverage vendors of $50.00 this will be refunded on May 10th after clean up. No Vendor's may take down their set up prior to 1:00 Am May 13th, 2007 Rules. Any vendor unable to abide by these rules will be ask to leave and will forfeit any fees paid. 1. You may not display the name of any product in front of or on your vendor space other than the products you are authorized to sell per your list. You may not use a shelter or vendor wagon other than your own to display your products that has a product name on it (etc. Pepsi, or Coke but not limited to these items) without the written permission from the Great Southern Bike Rally. 2. There will be no subletting of the vendor space or sharing of the space. 3. All vehicles must be removed from the site as soon as your set up is complete unless your vehicle will fit in your space it cannot stay in the vendor area, there will be no exceptions to this rule anyone refusing to move there vehicle will be ask to remove their setup no refunds will be made. If you cannot follow this rule please do not send this form. Spaces: Please complete the information below for your needs and site selection. NO applications will be accepted without a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due no later than May 1, 2007. Do not ask to make an exception to this rule if you have to overnight the deposit it must be paid before a space will be assigned. Each vendor will receive 2 vendor passes at check in for the event these passes can be exchanged with other employees should you need to change shifts, all other passes for persons over 12 years of age can be purchased for $25.00 each Please do not ask for more than 2 vendor passes this rule will be strictly enforced, anyone caught at a vendor location will be given the opportunity to purchase a vendor pass or ask to leave. List the items to be sold if there is not enough room please write it on another sheet of paper, only the items listed will be allowed for sale at your location so if you want to sell it you need to list it. I have read and will comply with the rules of this event, and I will comply with all applicable laws. I hereby release and forever discharge from any liability the event organizers, its sponsors, and their affiliated companies, officers, agents, and employees. Also, I will not hold event organizers responsible for loss due to damage or theft. I understand that the above event in no way guarantees any returns or benefits.
