Vendor Set-up:  is on April 16 from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm.   If you do not check in before 7:00 pm, you must wait until the following morning.  You must be on site by Saturday at 9:00 am or your spot will be sold. 

No part of your setup may extend beyond purchased space.  This includes tent tie downs, trailer hitches, campers, canopies, etc. 

Power Provided:   120V 20 Amps.    This includes (1) 110V 20 Amp Outlet per vendor spot (This is a spot to plug in two extension cords).  There will be  30 AMP service.   Bring minimum 100' all-weather heavy duty outside extension cord.  We will not furnish extension cords.  No RV's may use vending power.

Vendor Rules: 

1.   Vendors must accept location assigned.

2.   Vendors must remove vehicles from site at designated time.

3.   Vendors are responsible for any Georgia sales tax and any locally required vending licenses.

4.   Vendors may sell only items noted on this application.
5.   No Refunds will be made for any reason, any cancellation, or removal for cause or act of God.

6.   Failure to abide by rules will result in removal from event and forfeiture of all fees.

7.   For each spot purchased, vendor gets two weekend passes.  Additional weekend passes may be purchased at regular rally prices.

8.    Any goods that are to be displayed in front of your booth must be at least 15" from your frontage.  Only vendors with advance permission may have displays in front of their vending area.
